I Wonder is a single-channel digital video response to my residency with Brighton & Hove
filmmaking archives and my research into the unseen figures in early filmmaking
history. I Wonder symbolises my attempt to intersect past, present, and future in early
filmmaking history in Brighton and Hove, by directly inserting my representation into
the visual frame, and bringing living breathing visibility to what doesn’t exist, while
creating space, and time to imagine.
